User Accounts & Deletion

Managing your CSGORoll account is easy — but if you ever need to delete it, self-ban, or secure it, this guide explains how. We also highlight important rules around account transfers and why buying or selling CSGORoll accounts is risky.

🧯 How to Delete Your CSGORoll Account

If you no longer want to use CSGORoll, you can request a permanent deletion:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click Request Account Deletion
  4. Confirm via email

Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion. This process is irreversible.

🚫 Self-Ban and Temporary Exclusion

CSGORoll supports responsible gambling. If you want to take a break, you can:

  • Use the Self-Ban option in your account settings
  • Choose from 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or indefinitely

During this period, you won’t be able to log in or create a new account using the same Steam ID.

🛑 Buying or Selling Accounts Is Not Allowed

Buying, selling, or transferring CSGORoll accounts is strictly against the rules.

Why it matters:

  • Purchased accounts may be banned
  • Verification (KYC) is tied to the original user
  • Account price offers are scams in most cases

Even if you find an account “for sale” elsewhere, using it may get you permanently banned.

🧩 Can’t Delete or Access Your Account?

In some cases, you may not be able to access your account to delete it:

  • You’re locked out due to KYC issues
  • You’re under self-exclusion
  • Your account is under review

Contact CSGORoll Support directly to resolve these situations.

🔐 Keep Your Account Safe

To avoid needing deletion or recovery:

  • Use 2FA on your Steam account
  • Never share your trade URL
  • Avoid third-party “account recovery” services
