User Accounts & Deletion
Managing your CSGORoll account is easy — but if you ever need to delete it, self-ban, or secure it, this guide explains how. We also highlight important rules around account transfers and why buying or selling CSGORoll accounts is risky.
🧯 How to Delete Your CSGORoll Account
If you no longer want to use CSGORoll, you can request a permanent deletion:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Request Account Deletion
- Confirm via email
Once submitted, your account will be scheduled for deletion. This process is irreversible.
Need help? Contact Support if the option doesn’t appear or if you’re locked out.
🚫 Self-Ban and Temporary Exclusion
CSGORoll supports responsible gambling. If you want to take a break, you can:
- Use the Self-Ban option in your account settings
- Choose from 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or indefinitely
During this period, you won’t be able to log in or create a new account using the same Steam ID.

🛑 Buying or Selling Accounts Is Not Allowed
Buying, selling, or transferring CSGORoll accounts is strictly against the rules.
Why it matters:
- Purchased accounts may be banned
- Verification (KYC) is tied to the original user
- Account price offers are scams in most cases
Even if you find an account “for sale” elsewhere, using it may get you permanently banned.
