🚀 How to Delete Your CSGORoll Account

If you’ve decided to leave CSGORoll, follow these steps to request deletion:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click Request Account Deletion
  4. Confirm the process via your linked email

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. This action cannot be undone.

Note: You must not have any pending withdrawals or open cases.

🧾 What Happens After Deletion?

When your account is deleted:

  • All access is permanently removed
  • Any remaining balance is forfeited
  • You cannot create a new account with the same Steam ID

If you change your mind before deletion is finalized, contact Support as soon as possible.

🔄 Can I Reopen My Account Later?

No. Account deletion is final. If you wish to take a temporary break, consider using Self-Ban instead:

  • Access it via Settings → Responsible Gambling
  • Choose a temporary or indefinite exclusion
