🚫 Can’t Access Your Wallet?
If your wallet isn’t showing correctly or shows “0 coins,” here’s what to check:
- You’re logged into the correct account
- There are no site-wide outages (see CSGORoll Downtime Info)
- You haven’t been flagged for suspicious activity or verification issues
- You’re not using a VPN from a restricted region
In case the balance is frozen, CSGORoll may request KYC verification before re-enabling access.

While most balances stay in your main wallet, CSGORoll may segment coins into:
